boostr. is a personal project operated by xmneax, a KYC-verified Pi Pioneer. By accessing or using boostr., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. boostr. is a digital services marketplace that enables Pi users to purchase mobile top-ups, gift cards, bill payments, and related digital products using Pi cryptocurrency. If you do not agree, please do not use boostr.

boostr. is intended for use within Pi Browser and the Pi Network ecosystem. You must have a valid Pi Network account and sufficient Pi in your wallet to complete purchases. You are responsible for complying with Pi Network’s terms of use and all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We use Pi Network to authenticate you. When you sign in, we receive your Pi user ID (uid) and username. Optional contact details such as email and phone number may be added in your account settings. You are responsible for keeping optional contact information accurate if you provide it. We may suspend or refuse access to users who abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.

Product prices are displayed in Pi. When you confirm a purchase, you authorize a Pi payment from your wallet through the Pi platform to complete the transaction. You are responsible for reviewing the product, operator, country, amount, and beneficiary details (such as mobile number) before paying—incorrect or incomplete information may result in failed delivery and may not qualify for a refund. After your Pi payment is verified, we submit fulfillment requests to third-party digital services partners. Delivery is electronic; timing varies by product, operator, and partner systems. Order status and history are available in the app when you are signed in.

If fulfillment fails after a completed Pi payment, we may, at our discretion and subject to partner and network rules, issue a refund in Pi to your wallet for eligible orders. Contact help@boostr.space with your order number and Pi username. Refunds are not guaranteed for errors caused by incorrect beneficiary details, wrong operator or product selection, or other user-provided information you confirmed at checkout. Refund processing times depend on operational review and Pi Network processing.

You agree not to use boostr. for illegal activities, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, interference with the service, manipulation of promotions or payments, or any conduct that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

Pi Network provides authentication and payment processing; your use of Pi is also subject to Pi Network’s policies. Digital products are fulfilled through independent partners (such as mobile airtime and digital value providers). We are not responsible for acts, outages, or policy changes of Pi Network or fulfillment partners beyond our reasonable efforts to complete or refund eligible orders.

boostr. is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boostr. and its operator (xmneax) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from incorrect information you supplied, Pi blockchain or network delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount of Pi you paid for that order.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use boostr. It is available at boostr.space/privacy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of boostr. after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
