What are boostr. Points?

boostr. Points are loyalty rewards you collect when you shop on boostr. They are separate from Pi in your Pi Wallet. Think of them like store credit: they only work on boostr. purchases and cannot be sent to other Pioneers or withdrawn as Pi or money.

How much are Points worth?

100 Points = 1.00 Pi of discount on boostr. For example, 250 Points can take 2.50 Pi off your checkout total on an eligible order. The Pi price you still pay is shown clearly before you confirm payment.

Where do I see my balance?

Sign in with Pi on boostr., open Account (bottom menu), and look for boostr. Points near the top. Your balance updates after you earn or spend Points on completed activity.

Are there membership tiers or VIP levels?

Not right now. Everyone uses the same earn rates for each product type. We may add extras later, but there are no spend tiers today.

Why don't I see Points on my account?

boostr. Points are rolling out gradually. You need to be signed in on boostr. in Pi Browser. If the feature is not enabled for your environment yet, you will not see a balance or redeem option — check back after app updates.

How do I earn Points?

Accepted Answer

Buy an eligible product on boostr., pay with Pi, and wait until the order completes successfully (for example, top-up delivered or gift card ready). Points are added after fulfillment — not the moment you tap Pay.

How many Points do I earn per order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you buy:
• Mobile top-ups: about 2% back in Points (on the order's Pi price after any promo code).
• Gift cards, eSIM, and utilities: about 1% back.

Example: a 10.00 Pi mobile order (after promo) earns about 20 Points (2% of 10 Pi = 0.20 Pi → 20 Points).

Do I still earn if I use Points to pay part of the order?

Yes. Using Points at checkout lowers the Pi you pay, but earn is based on the order's price after any promo — not on the smaller Pi amount left after your Points discount. You can both spend Points and earn new Points on the same order when the product qualifies.

Why did an order earn zero Points?

Accepted Answer

Some products do not earn Points — usually very thin-margin items. You can still spend Points on those orders. If checkout does not show "You'll earn … Points on this order," you will not receive new Points when it completes.

Do promos change how much I earn?

Accepted Answer

Earn is calculated on the Pi price after your promo discount is applied, not on the original list price before the promo. Heavy promos also reduce how many Points you can redeem on the same order, because total checkout savings are capped.

How do I spend Points?

At checkout step 4 (Confirm and Pay) you will see a boostr. Points section. Enter how many Points to use (or tap Max), review the updated Pi total, then pay the remaining amount with Pi as usual.

Is there a limit on how many Points I can use per order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Promo codes and Points together cannot take more than 6.66% off the order. Checkout shows the Max you can apply; you cannot spend more than that leftover even if your balance is higher.

Can I use Points on every product?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product on boostr. can use Points, up to the 6.66% combined savings cap (shared with any promo on the same order).

Can I combine Points with a promo code?

Accepted Answer

Yes — they share the same 6.66% cap. If a promo already took most of that (for example 6.28%), only a small Points amount may remain. If the promo used the full cap, Points wait for your next order.

Can I buy Points with Pi or cash?

Accepted Answer

No. Points are only earned through qualifying boostr. purchases (and occasional future promotions we may run). They are not sold separately.

Question 16

What happens to Points if my order fails after I paid?

Accepted Answer

If you spent Points at checkout and the order fails before delivery, those Points are returned to your balance automatically. You should not need to contact support for that reversal.

Question 17

What happens on a Pi refund?

When an eligible failed order is refunded in Pi, two things happen with Points: any Points you redeemed on that order are restored, and any Points you had earned when the order completed are removed (clawed back). Your Pi refund is the Pi you paid — Points are handled separately in your Points balance.

I was refunded Pi manually — what about my Points?

Pi refunds and Points are handled separately. If support processed a Pi refund outside the normal automatic flow, your Points balance should still be corrected by our systems when the order is marked refunded. If something looks wrong, contact help@boostr.space with your order number.

There is no expiry countdown shown today. We may publish expiry or inactivity rules in the future; any change would be announced in Help or Terms before it applies.
