Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026 — boostr. is a personal project operated by xmneax, a KYC-verified Pi Pioneer. This Privacy Policy describes how boostr. (boostr.space) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our platform to purchase digital services with Pi. The English version at boostr.space/en/privacy is authoritative.
1Information We Collect
When you use boostr., we may collect: (1) Pi Network account data — your Pi user ID (uid) and username when you sign in; (2) optional profile data — email and phone number if you choose to provide them in your account settings; (3) order and fulfillment data — product selections, beneficiary mobile numbers or other details required to deliver the service you purchased, order status, and related transaction metadata; (4) Pi payment data — payment identifiers, amounts, memos, and blockchain transaction references associated with your purchases or refunds (we do not collect or store your Pi wallet passphrase or private keys); (5) support and communications — information you send when contacting help@boostr.space; (6) newsletter sign-ups — email address if you subscribe on our site; and (7) technical data — server logs, IP address, browser or device type, and similar diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
2Pi Network Sign-In and Permissions
boostr. uses the Pi Network platform to authenticate you inside Pi Browser. When you sign in, you authorize boostr. to access certain Pi account information through the Pi SDK, including your username, payment capabilities, and wallet address where required to process Pi payments or approved refunds. Authentication is handled by Pi Network; we receive an access token to verify your identity with Pi’s servers. You can sign out of boostr. at any time; managing your Pi account itself is done through Pi Network.
3How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to: authenticate you and link orders to your account; process Pi payments and complete or refund transactions; submit fulfillment requests to our digital-services partners; provide customer support; prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate payments; maintain order history you can view in the app; improve reliability and security of the service; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third parties who process data only as needed to provide boostr.: Pi Network (user authentication and Pi payment processing on the Pi platform); digital value and mobile-services partners such as DT One (order fulfillment using the beneficiary details you provide); cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Vercel); database hosting (for example MongoDB Atlas); and email delivery for support or operational notifications. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Pi payment and blockchain activity may also be recorded on the Pi blockchain according to Pi Network’s rules.
5Data Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on production systems, and separation of sensitive credentials (such as server API keys and app wallet secrets) from application code. Your Pi sign-in token may be stored in your browser session during use of the app. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6Data Retention
We retain account and order information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, meet legal or accounting requirements, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion or correction of optional profile data (such as email) by contacting us; some order records may need to be kept after a deletion request where required for compliance or legitimate business purposes.
7Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict some processing. To exercise these rights, contact help@boostr.space with your Pi username or the email associated with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time. Pi account credentials and core Pi profile data are controlled by Pi Network.
8Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of boostr. after an update means you accept the revised policy.
